Glenn assisted with a service recovery on Nov. 18th when a L300 guest dropped her phone on her drink and spilled it all over the floor. He got her drink made again and I brought it up to her within a few minutes so she did not miss too much to the game. Amazing team work!

Emma Pottinger, Suite Runner

A great first shift at the Blues game! She had a birthday recognized and a special dessert made. Keep it up, Emma!

Gauguin la Rosa, Event Host

Fan Services received a call to share positive feedback about the service Gauguin provided at the game on Nov. 4th. The fan spoke to how, when Gauguin noticed him walking with a cane, he offered to assist and support them going down the stairs. Great job, Gauguin – thank you for all you do for our fans!

Thank you for going above and beyond to help flag down taxis for guests at Gate 16 on October 29th. Our fans kept complimenting him, saying how kind he was and how much they appreciated him taking the time to help. We appreciate all that you do, Mantej!

Fans kept saying how professional Nook was while handling food complaints and she also kept a smile the whole time. Amazing job!

Inundated with lost items and working on my out at GS 114, Catherine came behind the counter and immediately started helping me. I cannot express how grateful I was for her help which was so freely given. She was, quite simply, amazing! She recognized where she could be most useful while others never recognized the need for assistance.

Steven went above and beyond to assist a guest with special needs at the end of the game on Nov. 1st. Steven not only escorted him out of the building, he assisted him in the restroom where he was having some troubles. Thank you for always being kind, considerate and patient with our fans!
