Relocated STM on Dec. 19th with mobility issues when other avenues were unable to accommodate. Great job at service recovery, Tara!

Kathryn Miller, Event Housekeeper

2 suites were simultaneously flooding for the duration of the game. The issue couldn’t be resolved until the following day, which meant the only way to manage the water was to have someone consistently mopping up the water. That person was Katie. She did it with a smile and was very pleasant to the guests in the suite. A total superstar performance in the face of adversity.
