During DOTA, Joanne went to get a wheelchair from Gate 16 and escorted a guest with a press pass who had been sitting in her section up to the Press Box. As there was no security there, Joanne checked on the guest several times over 3 hours and escorted her back down when she was ready to leave. Thanks for showing such concern Joanne!

It was a slow night for hawkers during Panic! At the Disco and I just want to recognize him for being creative and to be able to sell more product by stepping out from his station and sold waters to those in the merch line-ups. Amazing job, Michael!
