Shenjleen displayed very positive energy while at work. Her engagement with fans was always outstanding. She also took leadership when it was necessary.

Leah welcomed and oriented a guest with autism, informing the guest of all the features available to him, and leaving the family very impressed.

Miguel Leon, Quick Service Supervisor

Miguel went out of his way to assist an in-seat bartender when he was busy. He displayed incredible ability to multitask during a stressful situation, by managing his own stand while ensuring the bartender was not overwhelmed.

Nigel stayed out at the bag check for the entire night to assist the team on a very cold night, way to go Nigel!

Ricky was informed of a guest with mental health issues. He took the initiative to go meet him and create a relationship. Ricky was proactive to address his behaviors and create an opportunity for easier communication.

Marjorie noticed a wet spill and immediately got a yellow caution umbrella to place over the spill. She then ran and got napkins to clean up the spill. Thanks for keeping us and fans safe from a fall!!

PCS Concierge Team

The entire PCS Concierge Team was absolutely amazing during the crossover December 27th from game 1 & 2 with helping clean up the suites & clubs before the start of game 2. Your guys absolutely ROCK and are such a phenomenal team to work with!
