Earlier this year, we announced Jim Day’s promotion to Sr. Manager, Event Services & Security. Since that time, Jim has proven to be a strong and proactive leader and has now accepted yet another promotion to Director, Event Operations & Security. Jim will become a member of the Leadership Team and will continue to oversee Event Management, Fan Experience and Security. In addition, Jim’s department will assume overall responsibility for the Event Staff Scheduling team, creating a strong alignment between staff scheduling and event operations.
