Your energetic and engaging fan service was fantastic.  You took the time to connect with each fan who came through your security check, making many of them laugh.  Your service certainly created a great experience for our fans. Showed amazing team work at the home opener! As I was helping a guest to his seat, Allison took charge at the top of Section 106 and helped guests with their tickets until I came back. You are awesome and your help was much appreciated!

Tracie went above and beyond helping a guest with physical disabilities at the Calgary game. She went to Guest Services (Section 114) to get the more info from the Ticket Center to explain how/where to buy tickets and where the best seats would be. Best job ever!

John was helpful and patient with some guests who felt they spent a lot for the Lionel Richie concert. His help truly made their experience worth-it and enjoyable. You’re a star, John!

Mary worked the Plinko Game at Kid’s Corner (Section 102) and the little Edmonton fans who didn’t want the Canucks cards, Mary bought them lemonade! Thanks for your innovative ideas and generosity!

Jan gave up her break attending to a guest stuck in a washroom stall during the Golden Knights pre-season game. She ensured the guest got help and set the tone to save the guest experience. What a great play, Jan!

Spencer went above and beyond to deliver a jersey to a fan in WC 101 who had ordered a Horvat jersey but did not receive it due to missed payment. He boxed it and had it delivered to the fan so nicely, way to go!
