Yasmin assisted a guest who was upset that a faulty beer cup leaked over her coat. She brought the guest to bravo for dry-cleaning assistance. Yasmin also assisted a nursing mother in Section 327 by guiding her to the nursing room. Way to go, Yasmin!

A fan dropped his beer and John got down to wipe it up with paper towels so that I did not have to stand over it for too long waiting for Housekeeping. A truly special guy!
