The roof in Section 328 was leaking during SuperSkills and bravo was called but didn’t arrive due to shortage. Sam showed initiative and came to Guest Services to get replacement seats and then accompanied them to those. I was so impressed with her ability to identify the issue, to keep focused on the guests, and to think outside of the box.

Grifyn helped Dan fill all my popcorn when he saw that I was behind and was struggling to catch up. He helped get me to where I needed to be for start of service – thank you so much!

Philip did a great job attending to a guest with first-aid needs at the WWE event. He brought first-aid directly to a guest in need and showed great care. Great play, Philip!

Gagan took over for Danny at Gate 6 security and did an excellent job recognizing bag sizes and was extremely efficient helping me when the scanner would not work. She took a lot of flap when people tried to get in with big purses and handled herself professionally. Great job, Gagan!

While I was on my break a mouse was loose in my section which upset one of the guests. Katarina was very proactive and took immediate action helping to relocate the family. Outstanding service!

Darren Trach & Remo Spagnuolo (Security Supervisors)
I was working a tunnel and a guest dropped his beer on the entrance to the seats platform. The beer spilled all over the stairs, plus the girl standing in front of him got beer splashed on her legs/feet. I buzzed for my supervisor to see if we could get a new beer and some dry socks for the girl whose feet were soaked. Darren came by and said he had another call but would return shortly. Remo then showed up and stepped in to get a new beer for the guest. Darren came back and got some dry socks for the other guest. Thank you both for the excellent team work you provided me! All were satisfied and happy! Thank you Darren and Remo for filling-in as hosts’ supervisors as you are regularly working with security staff.

Brad did a wonderful job filling in as a “host’s bravo”. He said he hadn’t had much experience working with hosts as the bravo and asked for our patience and contributions if there was something he may have missed mentioning in the briefing. What stood out is that he suggested we introduce ourselves to an employee we didn’t know, which I thought was a great idea to make us all feel like a team (even more than we are)! He came by the tunnel I was working often, making sure all was well. He did an excellent job as leader for the hosts, thanks Brad!
