Ned Manella, Event Host

Ned is always so happy and smiley and always has a joke ready for you. At a recent game Ned was doing breaks and I was late getting back to my tunnel to allow him to relieve the next host. Might not seem like much but he was very understanding and accommodating. Way to go, Ned!

Brendan Doiron, Daytime Retail Team Lead

Brendan was very helpful when a fan was shopping for posters for her grandchildren. The fan appreciated how Brendan took an interest in what I was looking for and made it happen! Way to go, Brendan!

Danny Kung, Event Security

Danny brings an awesome attitude to every game at Gate 6 – he takes time to thank and welcome every fan. Danny has regulars that come to see him because he’s so kind to everyone. We love working with Danny!

John Pedersen, Event Host

John is always a great host! He is attentive and knowledgeable, always going above the extra step to help. During Neil Diamond (wheelchair section) he made sure that my wife and I plus the others in that sections were okay throughout the night. Awesome job, John!

At Gate 2, Taranjot took the initiative to prop open a door which did not want to say open. He found a piece of cardboard and created a wedge. Great job, Taranjot!

We were short-staffed tonight and I did not have a person for break coverage. Lynda had her list of breaks to do and said she would cover the extra breaks. Thank you for being a team player and helping-out!

Norman Ells, Fan Experience Supervisor

My boyfriend and I had an unforgettable night at the Canucks vs. Sharks game in big part because of Norm. My boyfriend is the Joe Thornton doppelganger and when I was desperately looking for anything to make a sign with, Norm was warm, funny and went out of his way to help me out. He got me to the Kid’s Zone so I could get the sign made and ended up having a hilarious night neither of us will ever forget. Norm was just the best!

During the Lorde concert, Dhaman recognized a guest who was needing a quiet area to process recent upsetting news. Dhaman stayed with the guest and listened to her, and at the end of the show reunited her with her boyfriend. Thank you Dhaman for going above and beyond, your compassion and kindness was felt by everyone.

During the Avalanche game, Chris turned a fan’s night around by providing them with scarves and pin after they had a sour experience with some other irresponsible fans in their section. Great play, Chris!
