Congratulations to the May 2018 Fan Mail recipients!

Ned Mannella, Event Host

I was concerned attending the P!NK concert because my daughter is in a wheelchair and has limited mobility. Ned met us inside Gate 16 with a huge smile and friendly attitude, helping us get to our seats and checking in on us.  I was so worried we would not be able to get to our seats but he whisked my daughter down the elevator to our seats. Before the concert ended, he arrived with the wheelchair and got us out before the crowds began. What a considerate, friendly gentleman that certainly made Chrissy’s concert a night she will never forget. We deeply appreciated Ned and all that he did for us – what a valuable asset to your team!

John recognized the need for fan recovery at the second Shania Twain concert. He responded quickly and appropriately, so the fan was satisfied and enjoyed the rest of their evening. Great play, John!

Patti Matwiv, Fan Experience Supervisor

Patti did an incredible job recovering a fan’s experience at the Khalid concert. The family was having a hard time due to the smoke in the building and Patti brought them out for fresh air, upgraded the mom to WC117 and gave her kids two wristbands for the Floor. The family was minutes away from leaving but ended up having the time of their life, thanks to Patti. You are amazing, Patti! Thank you for all that you do!

Louise Larochelle, Event Host

My wife and I attended Paul Simon, visiting from Edmonton, and we weren’t even sure if we were going to make it since my wife had had emergency appendix surgery the day prior. With seats in Row 4, we talked to the lovely Louise who was amazingly accommodating in telling my wife that she could go down the few stairs and use a washroom on the floor level, which was a great help as going up the stairs would have been too much for her. After the show, Louise helped us get a wheelchair, showed us to the elevator and then to an exit for taxis. Not only her but all your staff were very friendly and understanding of our situation, and for that I think you all deserve a big round of applause. Thank you so much for making our evening a memorable one and all the help.
