What’s coming up:
We are excited about all the things we have in store for the upcoming season from the NBA Canada Series, Raptors vs. Trail Blazers on September 29th, World Junior Hockey Championships from December 26th to January 5th, the 2019 NHL Draft, the National Lacrosse League and all the talented artists who will be performing, Drake, Justin Timberlake, Ellen DeGeneres, Fleetwood Mac and Pink to name a few.
On September 27th, we will officially welcome all of you back at our annual Season Launch where we’ll give you a sneak peek of what we have planned for this year to increase excitement in the arena with our fans, including more theme nights and entertainment in the bowl. You’ll have an opportunity at the Season Launch to participate in some fun activations on the concourse, hear a team update from Hockey Operations and of course have a chance to taste the new Quick Service menu items our creative Culinary Team has developed over the summer.
Before we kick off the new season we want to share with you a some updates, provide you with links to helpful resources to keep you connected and help us deliver on our goal To Be the Premier Sports and Entertainment Company in North America.

- Staff Blog – https://cseeventstaff.com Don’t miss out on various STAFF DRAWS & STAFF PERKS offered to Event Staff only through the blog. On the top right of the blog home page, you can register your email so you are notified of all blog posts. Keep up to date on announcements, Fan Mail, staff perks, events, and draws with our Staff Blog.
- ABI Announcements and PDFs can be found on ABI. Log into your ABI Employee Self-Serve account. On the left hand menu, click on “My PDF’s” to view the documents available to you. In your ABI PDFs, you can also find copies of the Basics, Appearance and Uniform Standards and our Policies.
- Staff Discount on Food – while scheduled to work, you can receive a 50% discount on the purchase of food at the Quick Service stands. This discount does not apply to stands located in the Club Section (Section 104 to 108) during hockey. This season we are no longer allowing staff (part time, full time, and management) who are working on shift to purchase food or eat food in the seating areas of the Club Section during hockey games. Don’t worry we have made available the majority of your favourite food offering outside the Club sections.
There is a lot going on, and we know it takes a collective team effort to get the building ready to host over 18,000 fans each night. On behalf of the Hospitality and Events Management Team, thank you for your hard work and commitment as we get excited for the season ahead. It is going to be a fun and memorable year!
